課程性質(zhì)與設(shè)置目的

政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)是一門研究生產(chǎn)關(guān)系及其發(fā)展規(guī)律的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)理論科學(xué).資本主義部分結(jié)合社會(huì)化大生產(chǎn),商品經(jīng)濟(jì),市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)生發(fā)展過程和規(guī)律集中闡明資本主義剩余價(jià)值的生產(chǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)和分配理論,揭示資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系形成,發(fā)展和消亡的歷史趨勢(shì).社會(huì)主義部分以社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)為主線,結(jié)合中國社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的實(shí)踐,分析社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì),社會(huì)主義再生產(chǎn),交換,分配,消費(fèi)等環(huán)節(jié)的經(jīng)濟(jì)過程和規(guī)律,揭示社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系形成和發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律.通過介紹經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的新發(fā)展,新成果,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生運(yùn)用政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基本理論,觀點(diǎn)分析研究現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)問題,以幫助學(xué)生打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的專業(yè)理論基礎(chǔ)和觀察,分析經(jīng)濟(jì)問題的能力.

Political Economics is economic basic theoretical science studying the production relations and the development laws. The capitalism is partly combined with socialized mass production, the development process and rules of commodity economy and market economy expound on the production, realization and distribution theory of capitalist surplus value, reveal the historic trend of the existence, development and extinction of capitalist economic relations. The main theme of socialism is socialist market economy,  Combining with the practice of China’s socialist economic construction of modernization, the socialism analyzes the nature of the socialist economy, the economic process and rules of socialist reproduction, exchange, distribution and consumption, etc, reveals the objective rules of the existence and development of socialist economic relations. Through the introduction of the new development and new achievements of economics, initiate the students into the analysis and study of actual economic problems using basic theories of political economics, and help the students to gain solid theoretical foundation and capability of observing and analyzing economic problems.
